El Salvador: Critic of President Bukele Arrested on Money Laundering Charges

The imprisoned constitutional lawyer Enrique Anaya has recently referred to El Salvador President Nayib Bukele as a "dictator."

In his final X post on Friday, he stated that "international scrutiny of the Bukelean dictatorship is growing," pointing out the critique from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (CIDH) about the arrests of López and other activists.
