Hermès Unveils Expanded Store in Macau: A Luxe Relaunch

It currently features all 16 of the brand’s specialized crafts.

Hermès Has relaunched its refurbished and enlarged outlet at the Four Seasons Macau, providing more room that highlights each of the brand’s 16 crafts in an environment inspired by nature.

First opened in 2008, the shop now boasts a jade-colored ceramic exterior styled after mahjong tiles, complete with sizable windows outlined by triangular sliding sections.

The updated interior features earthy hues, terrazzo floors speckled with shades of green and amber, along with distinctive design components such as the Faubourg mosaic.

The layout has been redesigned to feature specific zones for women’s and men’s ready-to-wear clothing, leather items, jewelry, home accessories, and additional products. Notable features consist of a glossy green wooden lounge designated for timepieces and jewels, rich dark cherrywood accents in the leather and equestrian department, along with a secluded area for male fittings.

Created by the architectural studio RDAI based in Paris, this store showcases artwork from both the Émile Hermès collection and the contemporary photography series of Hermès. Included among these pieces are botanical drawings and horse-themed prints that reflect the company’s legacy as well as regional traditions.

Hermès stated that the redesigned store intends to provide a serene, engaging shopping atmosphere that captures both the vitality of Macau and the brand’s expertise in craftsmanship.
